Pacific Oysters are the most widely recognised of all Australian Oysters. We source these oysters from two locations (Tasmania & South Australia) so we can have a constant supply of good quality oysters throughout the entire year.
The Tasmanian oysters are from the pristine waters of the state's coastline where the algae gives the oyster a sweet, crisp taste. These oysters are a great mix of creamy, salty and sweet.
Our South Australian oysters are from Coffin Bay and could be described as the celebrity oyster of the mollusc world. These oysters have an extremely salty, sea-like taste due to the nutrient-rich waters in SA.
