Queensland Scallops (Half Shell)

Queensland Scallops have a firm texture and a sweet, almost creamy taste. They have no roe and are great for grilling in the shell. They are perfect for entertaining once you have dressed the shell in some herbs and/or sauce.

Our tip: Add a touch of garlic, lemon zest, butter, parsley, salt and even breadcrumbs if you desire
