Sea Scallop (Roe Off)

Sea Scallops have a rich flavour and moist, medium-firm flesh. They are very versatile and can be cooked many different ways. They are best grilled, but can also be poached, deep fried, pan friend, stir fried, baked or barbecued. They only require minimal cooking and they are best undercooked rather than overcooked. Once cooked they are sweet, succulent and gently firm.
