We do our best to keep such a large variety of seafood. However, due to the change in weather and season, sometimes this becomes difficult. If a product says 'SOLD OUT' then it is unavailable. If you place an order and for some reason the product becomes unavailable after payment has been made - we will call you to discuss your other options.
Your package will be left in a safe location. Our drivers will do their best to leave your order in a cool place on your property.
If you are not going to be home between 1pm & 5pm please let us know a specific location to leave your order (eg. the porch, the back stairs, the back table). You can do this on the cart page via the Specific Delivery Instructions box.

If you are unhappy with a specific product for quality reasons, we will return the product for a refund. We put our stamp of approval on all products we send out. Once the order is delivered, please check your product and call 32682470 immediately if you are unhappy. If you accept and sign for the delivery, it shows that you are happy with the product.
