The ocean. We source our seafood from all around Australia. We use various wholesalers and fisherman to maintain a consistent supply of seafood to our loyal customers. 

We want you to experience the seafood market in your own home, without even leaving. We strive to source the freshest seafood from all over the country and relay this product onto you.

Sunday to Thursday - Order by 7pm for next day delivery
Friday & Saturday - Order by 7pm Sunday for Monday delivery

Monday to Friday - 1pm to 5pm

At this point in time we don't offer regular weekend deliver.

If you place an order on Thursday for Friday delivery - your seafood will stay fresh until Sunday.
All you need to do is refrigerate it between 2 & 8°C. 

If you miss the Thursday cut-off, please call us on 3268 2470 and we will try and accomodate you

Yes. Your shipment is packed in a -15°C environment.
It is then maintained at 2°C to 8°C with ample ice.

We do our best to keep such a large variety of seafood. However, due to the change in weather and season, sometimes this becomes difficult.
If a product says 'SOLD OUT' then it is unavailable.
If you place an order and for some reason the product becomes unavailable after payment has been made - we will call you to discuss your other options.

You will receive an email when your shipment goes out for delivery

You will receive an additional email when your shipment has been delivered. 

Your package will be left in a safe location. Our drivers will do their best to leave your order in a cool place on your property.

If you are not going to be home between 1pm & 5pm please let us know a specific location to leave your order (eg. the porch, the back stairs, the back table). You can do this on the cart page via the Specific Delivery Instructions box.

If you are unhappy with a specific product for quality reasons, we will return the product for a refund. We put our stamp of approval on all products we send out. Once the order is delivered, please check your product and call 32682470 immediately if you are unhappy. If you accept and sign for the delivery, it shows that you are happy with the product.
